What is a Team Facilitation?
A Team Facilitation is a valuable offering to an organisation to lift a team. The steps involved in a team facilitation focus on defining and prioritising the important values for a specific group of staff and creates a Team Charter identifying goals, actions and processes.
The process can assist teams experiencing conflict, change or difficulties with hybrid working from home and office. Also, it is helpful where there are communication problems or confusion about roles or ways of working.
The beauty of a Team Facilitation is that it gives all staff a voice to contribute to ideas as to future ways of working to foster team harmony and productivity.

HOW WILL THE WORKSHOP BE DELIVERED?
The workshop will be delivered in a hybrid format of Zoom and face-to-face.
If you are in Sydney, the workshop will be face-to-face in Milson's Point, just across the Harbour Bridge from the CBD. It will be in the historic premises near the bridge, the offices of Work Inc
If you are from anywhere else in Australia, New Zealand or anywhere in the world, you can attend the workshop by Zoom.

WHO IS THE FACILITATOR?
Elizabeth Rosa, Nationally Accredited Mediator, will facilitate the workshop. Elizabeth has practiced as a mediator since 2012 after a career in law. She has conducted Team Facilitations and Mediations in a variety of workplaces, including schools, universities, hospitals and councils.
Elizabeth created the workshop "How to Run a Workplace Mediation" in 2018 and has trained many mediators Australia-wide in workplace mediation. In 2024, Elizabeth was appointed a Fellow of the Resolution Institute for her services to the mediator community.
Elizabeth is registered with the AMDRAS Board (Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards).
